Leave Otter, keep your account

In the app: You → Leave Kith Otter, then confirm. It happens immediately and deletes:

• your Otter profile — pronouns, who you'd like to meet, your description;
• every photo you added to Otter;
• your likes and passes, and anyone's likes of you;
• any date your kith was on that had not concluded.

What stays: conversations that were opened in Kith Rabbit when you matched — those are Kith Rabbit chats now, with the other person in them, and you can leave or delete them there. The record that a match happened stays with that conversation.

Delete the whole account

Your Otter data lives with your Kith Rabbit account. Deleting that account deletes everything Otter holds as well, immediately: in Kith Rabbit, Settings → Delete account. The full list of what is kept and why is on Kith Rabbit's Delete Your Account page.

No app, or can't sign in?

Email privacy@haah.ing from the address linked to your account and say whether you want your Otter data or the whole account deleted. We'll confirm by reply.
